 Valuable insights and advisements on impressive Packaging Graphic Design to SBU team
 Technical supports to color & printing management
 New process creation and project management for new programs with Packaging Service Providers
 Packaging HMM project management for existing products and new products
 Case pack optimization
 Right sizing management on transit packaging
 Safety Transit Packaging Management
 Strong supports to consumer research on packaging to SBU

教育程度/工作經(jīng)歷/知識、技能和能力:  Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

   BS + in Packaging Design , Packaging Engineering, Printing Engineering or Polymer Science
 5+ years of experience in Packaging Design and Packaging Development
 Solid understanding of normal process of packaging development and brand management
 Effective timeline control on project management
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to effectively interface with broad cross functional teams
 Effective problem solving skills
